Use of the site

The content on this site — text, imagery, project photos, logos — is owned by MetroTint or its licensors and provided for informational purposes. You may not copy, redistribute, or use it commercially without written permission.

Estimates & quotes

Quotes are estimates based on the information provided and are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Final pricing may change if site conditions, scope, or materials differ.

Warranty

Installed window film is covered by the manufacturer's warranty (LLumar, Vista, or the applicable brand) and our workmanship warranty. Warranty details are provided at time of installation. Warranty does not cover damage from cleaning products, sharp objects, or pre-existing glass defects.

Payment

Payment terms are stated on your invoice. Deposits may be required for scheduling. Late balances may incur interest as permitted by Oregon law.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MetroTint's liability is limited to the amount paid for the services in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, USA. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Multnomah County, Oregon.
